What do I make of this?

I’m due for my period Sunday 3/27, I tested this morning approximately 12 dpo and it was negative. This after moon I’ve used the restroom and when wiping had some blood. Nothing in my underwear nothing when I wipes a second time. In my 1st pregnancy I never had spotting and my 2nd did result in loss this last December. Is this what implantation bleeding looks like or am I just starting my menstrual early? I’m not someone who spots or bleeds between cycles so this is all quite abnormal for me.
