Looks like my chart when I was in the hospital with contractions on the monitor. Ive done some research and the monitor cant tell the difference between BH and actual contractions as they both cause your uterus to contract. Contractions cause your cervix to dilate whereas BH doesnt

Answer

Technically the BH are still “contractions,” they’re just not super effective.  If those aren’t painful, I’d say they’re not quite full on contractions yet.  It looks like only one peaked over 25.  5-25 they consider BH, once they start getting higher on the scale they move into the real “contraction” category.  Mine were leaking between 30-50 at my last NST and even those weren’t quite painful yet.  Still waiting on the real deal😬
