Cramping

Hey ladies!

I woke up around 1am with some pretty rough cramping in my left side. I feel like I may have had this with my daughter but it’s been 3 years so I can’t really remember. It lasted for maybe 8 minutes and then it went away and I was able to go to sleep. Now that I’m awake I’m having a little dull cramping on and off in my left side and feeling nauseous. I’ve had no bleeding. Is this cause for concern or normal? Should I call my OB? I’m currently 5 weeks 2 days.
