If you continue to smoke throughout your pregnancy and test positive on a drug test, they could possibly call cps to start an investigation. 
But as long as you quit you’ll be ok :)

Be honest about it after your first appointment(if you are in a weed state anyways) 
That first blood draw they give you, they test your blood if its clean youve got nothing to worry aboutm

Depends where you live. Weed is legal here. On a state level. I don't partake these days but from friends who do and did smoke the entire pregnancy, at most they notified CPS, they start an investigation. Make sure you don't have things down where kids/babies can reach it, that you aren't smoking it in the house with them present, that you aren't neglecting them to get high. Those types of things. So they look around a bit, ask some questions, and then close the case and move along.
