Your mucus plug regenerates throughout your pregnancy. Unless there are other symptoms it doesn't mean anything. There's also no blood so it could just be a lot of thicker mucus.

I’ve been losing pieces of mine since 20 weeks and haven’t had any issues. You could always ask your OB if you are worried
