Breathed in ammonia

I’m almost 14 weeks. I went to a friends house today for the first time and was going to stay the night. I was unaware they had over 8 cats. So when I walked in I’m immediately blasted with cat box and ammonia. I sat in there for maybe 20 minutes and then spent the other 20 outside or standing with my head out the door until they took me home. Is everything going to be okay? I’m so paranoid now and really upset that I didn’t know I was going into that
