Once again… my tongue has a weird thing and I hvent been able to see my doctor :(

Yes I wash my tongue and it still kinda looks like this. I originally only had the bump underneath but now I have a new one in the back. The “red” one actually also had some sort of white film/skin and I took it off and now it looks like a hole.

I’m freaking out. My appointment isn’t til the 30th. He had already prescribed me an antibiotic (before seeing me) initially it helped but it came back. Anyone experienced this?

Could it just be thrush? Could it be an STD? Gonorrea? Syphilis?
