Is this abusive behavior?

I have a 1 1/2 year old and I’m 34 weeks pregnant. We live with my fiancé/children’s father. My dad and I have a strained relationship because he was emotionally abusive to me throughout my teen years. He’s been trying to reach out to me more so we talk sometimes. But I notice lately that if my sister or I take more than an hour to respond to him, he freaks out. Just last week, my sister didn’t respond in an hour and ten minutes so he randomly texted her $1000. She asked what he was talking about and he started saying “it was meant to send to someone selling something but I see that when moneys involved you all of a sudden see my texts?” and freaking out on her.

This morning, I had my 3 hour glucose test (I know that’s late but I’ve tried before and physically couldn’t do it. There also has been a few times where I went to and instead started having preterm labor scares and had to go to L&D instead.) I felt super sick after - headache, dizziness, bad nausea, and threw up a couple times. So I took a nap when my little one did and I guess my fiancé woke up with him when he got up because I was out for 3 hours. I guess my dad tried texting me multiple times, asking how I was doing, if we could hang out, if he could have pictures of the baby, etc. After 2 hours, he texted me and did the same thing he did to my sister - randomly saying $1000. I haven’t responded bc he’s obviously just looking to start drama and I’m too tired
