What do I need?

I have been researching so much .mbut I feel like am lost in all the stuff they say I need when I give birth.

Answer

For the first few weeks home- for baby- you'll need
bottles (if you're formula feeding), 
diapers (I would recommend size 1), 
7-10 onesies, 
a few sleepers just in case it's cold, 
a place for baby to sleep whether it's a crib or bassinet, 
a car seat to bring baby home in, 
a few pairs of socks and mittens
Wipes
A few receiving blankets and burp cloths (the hospital will provide you with a few receiving blankets)
A few good, warm blankets to cover the car seat if it's going to be cold.

As far as a hospital bag? I'm still figuring that one out 😊

I just gave birth in November and I can tell you a little bit about what I did and didn't really need!

Onsies are a must! They go through them fast so get alot.

Swaddleme sleepers have been amazing, especially for those of us who can't swaddle

Burp cloths, burp cloths, and more burp cloths!

Aden and anais muslin blankets, they're nice and light weight and are great for around the house or layering

Fisher price rock n play has been a life saver!

I have yet to use a single receiving blanket, but that could simple be because I use the swaddleme instead of actually swaddling

Obvious things like diapers, wipes, butt paste.

Gripe water is great to have on hand!

Boppy pillow is awesome even if you don't plan on breast feeding.

Sleepers and zip pajamas make frequent diaper changes super easy

I have rarely used actual two piece outfits because they make things more difficult!
