Sauna?

I am in love with the sauna. It is how I reward myself after a workout. I have been avoing it but I don't want to. Anyone have personal experience using a sauna while pregnant? I am 11 week btw.

Saunas are a no no while pregnant. Temp is too high for baby to handle.

Have you asked your midwife or doctor? My midwife told me baths are fine because your legs and stomach stick out and help maintain a normal body temperature. Saunas will quickly raise your core temp, putting baby at danger.
