Can I eat tabouli while pregnant?

I started snacking on tabouli and some triscuts earlier, then decided to make sure it was okay to eat after the fact 🤦🏻♀️. I’m reading mixed things about the parsley and want to make sure I didn’t just do damage to my baby. I’m 4w3d and have not had my first prenatal appointment so I’m still trying to figure out what I can and can not eat during pregnancy. Anyone know if the parsley is bad and could you give me insights on other things I should be avoiding?
