Weird bump 😭🥴

So my cycle came on very late this month which isn’t usual to me but it DID finally come on…. However, during that time that it was MIA I did notice two weird, solid bumps near my vagina. They aren’t smooth like a skin tag. They’re bumpy and don’t feel like they have any fluid or anything in them. I made an appt with my doctor but it won’t be until next week. My mind is going crazyyy waiting so can anyone tell me what it MIGHT be?
