Down syndrome?

My baby is 11 months, 1 more month his birthday is coming soon. Last week my baby went to physical therapy per his doctor refer because his head/neck toward to the left side a little. My son was born with mid hearing loss for both ears, so doctor said it could be a reason. Then we visited to a physical therapy. They said my son does have any problem with his neck after checking but they do mention about Down syndrome. She checked his neck, everything is fine. But she stated that she noticed he has single line in his palms, his little finger both hands are curved, and his eyes - one small one big.

I am waiting for approval letter for genetic test from his insurance. It might take 1,2 weeks. Now I am stress and so worry about this. He almost turns to be one. I just wonder why his family doctor never mention about this when he checked up every 3 months.

Does my son look like have this syndrome? 😔
