Similar situation ?

So I had what I thought was my period full 5 days..had 1 one on march first than again on the 24th my periods are always all over the board..theee day after my period ended I’ve been feeling very nauseous and tired..tested and getting positive tests and getting darker every time,,has anyone gone through this?

Yes this has happened to me. One ended up in miscarriage and the other total normal healthy baby. 
I had a period what I though was in January. Bled for about 3-4 days. Not spotting but like bleeding. No blood clots. So I just though it was my period. Came February I got a positive pregnancy test. Went in for spotting and when they asked me when was my last period and I explained how it was in January they decided to do an ultrasound both with my belly and if they couldn’t see anything they would do it the other way. I remember the tech saying are you sure you don’t remember your last period. 
Long story short I went in thinking I was 5-6 weeks when I was already 13 weeks. It can happen. Chances are slim sometimes but it can happen and it was sort of chalked up as implantation bleeding.

No but bleeding can happen during pregnancy which can be mistaken as a period. Make your doctors appointment and tell them you had bleeding prior to the test.

I had bleeding for 5 days. I thought it was a chemical pregnancy but OB explained can simply be implantation or hormonal. My bleeding was darker, lighter and unusual. My HCG doubled normally. I was very worried but everything so far is totally fine!
