Mid cycle bleeding

I have a pretty regular cycle, currently on CD 16 which is typically when I would ovulate. So we had intercourse last night. This morning I had bright red and egg white discharge, nothing all day, then started dark red light flow in the early evening. This never happened to me, so I'm a bit concerned.

One detail that could be important, I use progesterone cream. I normally start using it at 3 days past peak, but this month I mistakenly started using it on CD 11, and realized on CD 14 that I got the timing wrong. I'm wondering if this has caused my hormones to go out of whack? Normally around this time my LH levels would start to go up along with my bbt, but this is not the case this month. Maybe this also caused super early AF??

Ugh am I pretty much out this month?
