Weird discharge?

Long story short, I've been having such discharge for a huge while now. Maybe now it's a bit more intense because I just got done with my pill pause, but I've had this going on for a few YEARS I think.

I went to doctors and they did tell me I had an yeast infection and I got pills but they never did anything to me. I got three different treatments but no change, as far as I had noticed. There's no strong smell or anything, maybe a bit like yogurt sometimes (not strong though) but that's rather more normal. Also if I wear panty liners the color is pretty damn yellow?

I also will mention that I have a shitty diet, idk if that does anything. I'm just scared because I don't want it to be anything too bad;/
