Please DO NOT order from Jackspinkelephant on Etsy! I ordered a tumbler 12/26/21 and was supposed to receive it no later than 02/18/22. The seller lied about shipping, lied about trying to contact USPS, I ended up submitting a lost package search online but nothing happened because the tracking still says "tracking label created" Seller sent a replacement 03/29/22. Same story, tracking never updated. I called USPS twice to verify tracking and they said neither package was never picked up by or dropped off with USPS. So today 04/04/22 I gave up trying and gave the seller 1 star as I never received anything. She started messaging me and cussing me out! I sent screenshots to Etsy chat and reported the shop. But please do NOT do business with this person!
