Diarrhea, Migraine, Vision Changes

Hey guys, i’m 31 weeks + 2days and i’ve been getting very dizzy and noticing spots in my vision off and on. Today I work, I fell ( I caught myself and didn’t hit ANYTHING), but ever since I’ve been having a bad migraine, blurry vision that comes and goes and now i’m having diarrhea. I called my provider and they don’t see this as a concern since I didn’t hit anything. Does anyone think I should be seen at labor and delivery? or is this normal? I should add, I’ve been checking my BP and it is normal as well as been tested for preeclampsia and came back normal.
