The nervous wait until the first appointment

I just found out that I’m pregnant with my rainbow! I’m super early on so of course I have a ton of anxiety. I’m even more nervous about the wait from now until my appointment and ultrasound. My OB waits until 10 weeks to be seen. My last pregnancy I carried until 13 weeks when I found out about my missed miscarriage and the baby developed until 9 weeks and 6 days. That was my only pregnancy and miscarriage that I’ve had, but I just wish I could get in or have some type of relief sooner! I’ve took tests for line progression but that’s all I can do for now. I just found out and the wait is already killing me 😭 do any of you mommas have any tips or tricks on how to make the time pass by easier and ease the anxiety?
