Second Pregnancy Help

I'm 3month in and morning sickness has just started to kick my butt! I already feel like I'm at the end of my last pregnancy as my hips already hate life. I can't get my body under control with feeling like puking and shaking. Thought it was food, thought it was water, can't really find a balance and its kick my a** right now currently sick at home couldn't make it to work. 12weeks already. Feel like it's too late in the game for this to be happening 🤮 has this happened to any one else? I don't know what's wrong with me 😭
