Early miscarriage?

I am really trying to keep positive and I have an appointment tomorrow for a checkup. I have been spotting to small amounts of bleeding for 3 days. Cramps are like period cramps. According to app I am 7 weeks today. I have had tons of positive tests digital and line. I was supposed to have my first ultrasound on the 22nd but they said to come in early. What is the chance that this baby sticks?? They said to go to ER if it got any worse.

i had bleeding with my first daughter (now 19 months) and then had a miscarriage at 7 weeks two months ago.  the bleeding with my daughter was heavier but the difference for me was that the miscarriage was full of blood clots from the beginning. it got heavier too.  
unsure if this helps.  ask them to run your progesterone!
