Head Injury or Tiredness

My almost three year old hit her head on the car door when I was putting her into the car. She cried for a bit then we left. As I was driving she felt super quiet so I pulled over to check and she was just asleep. When we got home, she was still asleep and stayed asleep while I got her down which is unusual to me because she always wakes up. When I put her on the bed she cried and then I picked her up and she just laid on me which was weird to me again because normally would get up and want to watch tv or something. Idk if I should get her checked out or if i’m overthinking it because she also didn’t really nap today. She fell asleep in the car for about 15 minutes around 1pm but I had to wake her for an appointment. After we got home she tried napping again but did so for about maybe 10 minutes but i accidentally woke her because I got up and she didn’t sleep again. So I’m unsure if I should take to urgent care or let her sleep. Is there anything else I should look out for?
