Is there a 3 year sleep regression? My 3 year old has  suddenly started waking at night & stays awake for hours. Up until this week she has been sleeping great.

My son had a regression at ab 3 and a half when he potty trained over night.    He had been daytime trained for a while bit he learned to hold it over night and he started waking again
