Blood clot or miscarriage?

Ive been spotting and cramping for a while but yesterday was the worst!

I’m currently 5-6 weeks pregnant I went to the er last night about a possible miscarriage. They did blood work and a ultrasound and they said everything came back great! But when I came home about 4am I got really bad cramps and I passed this. Has anyone passed anything like this?

That doesn't look good tbh... that's a lot of tissue, but weird things happen all the time and babies are still okay... I'd message your Dr. And send them the pics if you can. I can on my messaging system for my dr... I'm sorry

Unfortunately a scan only tells u what’s going on at that point in time. I miscarried in Oct and had had a scan that afternoon, all was perfect. I miscarried thru the night.

I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks but babe was only measuring at 6ish. This is exactly what it looked like :( So sorry for your loss it's terrible to go through.

unfortunately that amount of blood loss is not normal for pregnancy, i do believe you’ve miscarried :( i recommend going back to the doctor to be sure!
