HELP! No more milk 😭
I was super sick the past two days and couldn’t breastfeed.. (i tried but hubby had to hold the trash can so I could get sick in it while I was doing it 😭) he latches fine and I thought he was doing good today, but usually the pads I use are full and today was nothing, so I pumped and couldnt even fill the bottoms of the bottles 😭😭 What have you done to help increase/bring back supply?? I dont want it to stop!
