TMI picture!!!! Mucous plug??

I’m 38+5 pregnant and had a membrane sweep Wednesday and I was 2 cm dilated… I’ve been spotting and cramping ever since… and now this… is this part of my mucous plug? Or is it my bloody show? Sorry for the picture 🤢

That’s how mine looked w my first! Started clear- few days later pink- day later bloody then baby

It could be either. But I had a similar situation and my OB said that especially if you are already dilated, it could also just be irritation. Good luck mama!
