Do my blood tests look promising?

I had some spotting on Sunday and Monday, had an ultrasound Monday April 4th (5w3d) which saw a sac but too early to see much else. Had an hcg blood test Tuesday (5w4d) and then another one on Thursday at (5w6d). I go in for a second ultrasound April 19th, two weeks after the initial one. But based on these numbers does it seem promising that my pregnancy is progressing well? Got the results in email, and waiting on my midwife to call some point this weekend, but I’m impatient 😅
