How fertile are you after pregnancy?

Had what I think is my first period on April 1st 3 months postpartum. I had sex April 7th the condom broke I got scared and took a plan b pill for the first time in my life on the 8th. I'm still terrified at the possibility of being pregnant. I've been slightly crampy the last couple of days I hopenits just the plan b pill doing its thing

You’re no more or less fertile than you were before. The trick is understanding when you ovulate, because ovulation can return at any time postpartum and then result in pregnancy if you have sex within 5 days before ovulation occurs. 
I’m breastfeeding and tracking my fertility using TempDrop for BBT and checking cervical fluid / position for potential fertile days. We either abstain or use condoms during possible fertile days, and whenever ovulation happens, I’ll know and we’ll be able to forgo condoms until my period. Currently, I’m 7 months postpartum and still have not ovulated as I’m breastfeeding. But some women breastfeed and begin ovulating earlier.

Oh your fertile for sure lol, I had one period pp at 10mo and I got pregnant, completely shocked.

Pretty fertile!  We had to do IVF for our first then got pregnant naturally one after the next right after I had her.  3x!
