Eczema ? Or pimples ? Or heat rash ??

Question

My 11 week daughter got this kind of skin infection . 
I am not sure what is causing it and what it is.
Has anyone experienced this and do you know how can I cure it?
I am so scared. Please help please

This is the best ointment for that. My 5 week old had the same thing your baby has, and I found this organic plant based non steroid cream and it worked with an hour, his little pimples and red spots disappeared. Check it out. And it’s called the all over ointment.

My suggestion would be to get fragrance free laundry soap, bath soap, and anything that you put on the baby. My daughter had eczema really bad and it started at 3 months. Right now it seems like our baby boy is starting to get it too. 
It’s truly trial and error when it comes to eczema because not one case is similar to another one. If it is diagnosed as eczema by your doctor there is no “cure” they live with it forever but it comes and goes as the seasons/allergy changes. This is just me speaking from experience. My son had it like that all over his body but a little worse than ur baby, and doctor said it’s aczema. I breastfeed I had to change my diet, eliminate dairy and used Mustela shampoo and baby wash, and it cleared up. It can also be a heat rash on ur baby , it’s best to check with doctor.
