Membrane Sweep questions
I am 38wk1d, and 2 cm 70% effaced. My doctor offered to do a membrane sweep since we are inducing on the 18th (I’m 35 it’s an age thing). I did it but don’t know much about membrane sweeps. It didn’t hurt but was very uncomfortable lol. I haven’t had contractions yet. I read most women go into labor within 48-72hrs. What was your experience? Did contractions start right away or come later? Please feel free to share any experiences.
