Pregnancy ?

So, I haven’t told my husband this but we have a 6 months old puppy who for the last 3ish days has been the worst she’s ever been. It’s like she’s almost regressed. Peeing and pooping in the house, not listening and getting into things like she did when she was a tiny pup. She’s also been a little more attached to me. She HATES cuddling but she fell asleep in my lap last night and let me cuddle her last night. Am I just overthinking things or does she sense hormone changes in me because I could potentially be pregnant?

Anyone else have their pets act differently before you knew you were pregnant ?
