Hysteroscopy/PCOS

Has anyone ever had a hysteroscopy/d&c to help with fertility? I have PCOS and after some tests it looks like I have a polyp potentially blocking an ovary and a lot of scar tissue along the top of my uterus. They’re going in with a camera and something to scrape everything out. Wondering if anyone has had this done and if it helped with fertility. I feel like I’m doing everything else right! I’m on Metformin and I take ovulstil powder as well as daily vitamins and supplements.
