Dilating but no contractions

Hi all!

I am 39 weeks and 4 days and have been about 3/4cm dilated 50% effaced for weeks now. I have felt no contractions and I’m trying to avoid being induced. This is my second child and with my first I stalled out at 4 cm all the way until I was 41 weeks, had to get induced and ended up in a c-sections because the cord was wrapped around him. I’m hoping for a better experience with as little medical intervention as possible.

Anyone experience something similar? Advice? I’m doing everything I can to get this show on the road.
