pregnancy blues

i feel sad all of the time and i don’t know how to help it. i am still grieving my mom and her one year death date is coming in may.. still crazy how much has changed this year and then i’m 27 weeks pregnant so it’s just so many changes i am only 21 sometimes i feel like i’m drowning. thinking of getting on medication once i have the baby although i’ve never been on medication before. is there anything non addictive i could take that actually would help ?
