Partner always drinking

So other day I posted on here about my partner always spending money on alcohol, cigarettes and weed. We had a talk and he said he won't buy anymore alcohol etc. Well that night (last night) he thought I was asleep and when he came inside he got a fright, that I was sitting in lounge... then I see two cans in his hand... he left the rest of alcohol in a box in the car... anyways, I obviously was like wtf and he apologized then blamed it on me and said because I was stressing him out earlier asking 2 many questions about a upcoming trip he is going on... keep in mind I was only was asking what date he was leaving and how long he was going away for..... anyways, this afternoon(the next day) I took our child to my parents house for dinner. When I was there I msgd him and he didn't respond. When I got home i saw I had a msg which said he had gone to a friend's house for a drink and is cruising around..... like wtf!?

I want to get mad but at the same time I feel like I'll just be over dramatic..

It's a Wednesday night ...like common. Kind of torn between feel like I should move on because I feel like he is dragging me down but also feel that we have a child I would ruin our child's world by separating....

It's like constant promises and nothing ever changes. Its getting worst.Then he will have a break down and say because of his childhood he's traumatized etc.

We have been together for 13 years so it would be major anxiety for myself to leave the relationship..
