Help!!!!

Hello my name is callie. I am a 25 year old with 2 kids and wife. We have been trying to conceive for almost 2 years now without any luck. Well we tried again this month with a sperm donor. We did it right before I ov. So since then I have been having cramps,weird twigs like butterflies moving in my stomach,nausea,headaches,mood swings..... and so on. To make a long story short I was wondering could we have been lucky enough to have made a new edition to our already wonderful family.

Ps the reason I'm asking is because if iam then all these symptoms are new didn't have it with the last 2......
