still haven’t gotten period after birth
I’m 12 weeks postpartum. I’m not breastfeeding. And i still haven’t gotten my period.. no signs of it coming either. Is this normal or should I go back to my doctor? I hemorrhaged immediately after delivery, but that was the only complication i had. I lost 3 liters of blood.
