Bbt help!
Hi! I'm starting to use bbt this month to check when I'm ovulating... after just using opks after 7 months of trying I'm wondering if it's different than I think.
Is there a drop in temp before ovulation? And when the temp rises does that mean you are ovulating or already ovulated? I'm little confused by both of those. Thank you!
