False labor ?

I went in today because my contractions were 5-6 minutes apart but got sent home because I'm not dilated at all. The cramps are super intense and hurt so bad, last over a minute and are now 8 minutes apart. My mom tells me to walk but how am I supposed to walk if I'm gonna collapse In pain Every few minutes??? These won't stop until she born right? I'm so miserable right now, I just want her out 😩 my due date is I'm two days. I'm supposed to go back to the hospital if the pain becomes unbearable and I'm almost to that point, but I think they'll try and give me a c section 😩😩😩
