Throwing up blood 😣

Hey girls, I went to the ER last Saturday because I couldn't hold any food down & they told me I had hyperemesis gravidarum which is severe morning sickness. I couldn't even eat. So this afternoon I went to the toilet around 4 times throwing up which is normal to me but when I checked what I had threw up I saw a little tiny blood in there I read that maybe the esophagus is so irritated from throwing up that is causing me to throw up blood. Anybody going thru the same ?
