Is wine ok to drink while pregnant?

I am 10 and a half weeks along and so far have done a good job of hiding the pregnancy from family and friends until we plan to tell them on Christmas eve. I am going to a work Christmas dinner at a fancy restaurant 2 days before we tell family so I feel as though I can't simply tell them I'm not drinking because I'm pregnant, but if I don't drink I feel it will be super obvious because I know all the others attending will be drinking. My sister will also be there so I don't want to ruin the surprise of telling her with the rest of my family on Christmas eve. So my thoughts were maybe I could get away with ordering just a glass of red wine but that also makes me paranoid a little bit. I have heard many different things regarding drinking wine while pregnant. I have heard before that it's completely ok and even suggested to drink a little wine while pregnant but also heard the flip side and people say no. Thoughts??!?!
