Teen pregnancy

I'm 15 and pregnant I'll be 16 when my  babies born the daddy just turned 19 but we are still in the legal 3 years age rule. (3y&5m apart) and I'm really stressing will he go to jail both parents are fine with the relationship. Once I turn 16 my parent is making me get my emancipation. I'm doing online school almost finished and almost graduated on last semester. I don't know if it's too early to have a kid it wasn't planned but my baby isn't a mistake and I don't agree with abortions. And I'm just really stressing we both have stable jobs and a stable income it's just the fact that he might have to do jail time for it.
