Im 18w4ds, and this morning I have woken up with horrible twinges and sharp pains near my bladder/lower abdomen, sort of in the middle more to my right. I know I haven't got a uti. It's just so uncomfortable and hurts sometimes if I turn or sit funny. Are these something to he concerns about or are they ligament pains/growing pains?
It's the first time I've felt these and just a bit worried!
