Can one drink alcoholic beverages while ovulating? Would it harm the fetus if conception has occurred?

Alcohol and ovulation.

I drank from morning till night on my 10 day honeymoon and had no clue I was pregnant. My doctor said it was no problem. I'm 36 weeks with twins and so far they're great!

Implantation happens normally around 6-12 dpo so of you're before then, I don't think one drink would be bad, you can always call an after hours nurse to be sure tho

No because for around the first trimester the baby 's nutrients are fed thru the yok sack.

I don't think while ovulating is a big deal but I would refrain (my personal choice) closer to when implantation might occur.... So much vital formation happens the first few weeks (why miscarriage is more common in first 10w) and alcohol is the #1 cause of preventable birth defects.  Like I said its just me, but I made a lot of changes while TTC because when you do become pregnant its not as a big deal if you have already implemented the changes you will need to while pregnant.
