When did your newborns eye change colour ?

I had my baby boy April 9th doctor told me they will be dark blue for a little bit I’m curious if he will have my dark Brown eyes or my boyfriends he has green eyes :)

Brown is dominant. There’s a 50% chance they will be brown, 37.5% chance they will be green, and 12.5% chance they will be blue. Look up the genetic eye color chart. It’s a roll of the dice every baby you have.

Usually by age 2, their permanent eye color will be there. Before 2, there’s always a chance things can change.
I’ve got dark dark brown eyes and my husband has green. Our first daughter had the most piercing beautiful blue eyes. She’s 3 now and they’re still just as blue. Our younger daughter had/has like a grey/green though she’s only 20 months and I have a feeling they’ll turn brown

My daughter is 14m and still has blue eyes. I thought for sure they’d change by now but it looks like they’re staying blue! (I have brown eyes, my husband has hazel)

My dad had blond hair and blue eyes until he was at least 10. We've got photo evidence. Somewhere down the line he went brown and brown. My daughter has had blue eyes since birth. Her hair was really red for a bit, then went blonde, now at 4 her hair is getting darker and her eyes are a lighter blue. Booski is 6 months and still blue but his hair is more dark brown than anything. I'm brunette with hazel eyes (heavy on the green, light on the brown), hubs is jet black hair with a white patch, hazel eyes (heavy on the brown, light on the green.) Curious to see what the kiddos end up with in the end.
