Struggling with DM
Does anyone have any delicious recipes to keep my sugars more regulated? Ever since my PICC line was removed my appetite is basically non-existent. I normally run high but for instance I couldn’t stand the thought of food last night and fell asleep before I could make myself snack. Woke up this morning feeling horrible at 53. I’m hoping if I find a healthy option that my belly can stand it’ll make eating easier.
