Clogged milk duct 39 weeks
I’m 39 weeks pregnant and have a clogged milk duct for the last few days the pain is awful never had one before so not sure on what I do midwife has said to use heat and massage to try get it out any ladies have been through this and can give me advice on what’s best to do thanks
