Food after delivery

What are you going to or did you eat after giving birth, and how did you get it into the delivery room? I'm wondering if I should just bring a whole pizza and dessert with me when I arrive at the hospital (would be fine at room temperature, but not sure if the smell would be nasty...) or if I should send my husband out quickly for food (don't want to interfere with bonding time though)... These are the important considerations!!!
