Baby Nap Experience
Hi All,
We are at a bit of a loss when it comes to napping experience for our baby (12 weeks). It seems like the guidance is to have a routine (dim lights, sleep sack, etc.) that the baby starts to recognize. The trouble is our baby recognizes the routine and melts down. It almost makes it worse. What does work is like the wind, it changes every day. Could be a stroller ride, walk outside, swaying while standing. It’s honestly exhausting trying to figure it out every day and trying to prevent melt downs. We have at least one or two meltdowns a day. We follow wake windows, and try to go into nap mode 10-30 minutes before the end of the window but she won’t settle most of the time. Any ideas or experiences are appreciated.
