So I started my period on the 19th thru the 21st.. Afterwards I had brown discharge from 22nd thru the 23rd which is old blood. Today I decided to have sex today is the 24th.. After we finished I noticed when I went to wipe there’s blood, not the little light pink discharge actual blood it was even in my panties I’m confused and I need help ? Is this normal ?

I put a tampon in idk if that was a bad idea
